Terms & Conditions
• Please note we do not accept under / over shipping tolerances unless otherwise specified.
• Shipments should not be insured unless specified.
• Please confirm the receipt of PO and provide acknowledgement by Email.
The requirements below only apply to suppliers whose products are incorporated into GWT Aerospace’s aerospace customers’ products:
1. Please send a copy of your invoice.
2. Enter this order in accordance with the prices, terms, delivery method, and other relevant information listed above, including specifications, drawings, etc.
3. Ensure appropriate competency documentation is provided when requested above.
4. Please notify us immediately if:
a. you are unable to ship as specified;
b. you become aware that nonconforming product was shipped to us;
c. you become aware of any changes to product, processes, suppliers and facilities;
d. you become aware that you used an unapproved suppliers to provide us the materials or services stated above.
5. In the event any notification issued as noted in Item 4 above, you must receive nonconforming product disposition approvals from us prior to shipment.
6. Ensure that records pertaining to GWT Aerospace orders are retained for at least 3 years.
7. Ensure you have a policy to prevent the use of counterfeit parts, provide copy upon request.
8. Provide a certificate of conformity, test reports or authorized release certificate, as applicable to materials provided.
9. Ensure that your employees are aware of:
a. their contribution to product or service conformity;
b. their contribution to product safety;
c. the importance of ethical behavior.
10. GWT Aerospace, their customers, and regulatory authorities reserve the right to access applicable areas of facilities and applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain, when deemed necessary.
11. GWT Aerospace reserves the right to control and monitor supplier’s quality and delivery performance. Performance is assessed on an annual basis using on-time delivery, product or service quality and turnaround time as indicators. In case of an unsatisfactory performance, a corrective action request will be issued. Failure to implement effective corrective actions can result in additional controls over the supplied product and can result in the supplier becoming unapproved.
12. GWT Aerospace reserves the right to designate requirement for test, inspection and verification, including the use of statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance.
13. Communication to suppliers occurs at the time of PO issuance, in situation where there are discrepancies and/or nonconformance with compliance with stated Terms & Conditions via email, phone discussion in addition to written POs.
14. In case it is requested by our customers, we expect our suppliers to use customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources (e.g. special processes). This will be communicated to you on a case-by-case basis as stated in the description section of the PO.
